We analyzed peer and cross-app schools inside and outside their region to understand competitive risks and opportunities
We created six diverse school content steering groups to cultivate accurate information and relevant stories that flow into the single university brand
We lead conversations with IT, Marketing and Academics in order to align to the university’s strategic initiatives and elevate the academic profile, while hitting marketing and enrollment goals
