FreshForm transformed HP's Instant Ink subscription by shaping the addition of paper as its first add-on product. This entailed setting the  future innovation through a clear North Star vision while also meticulously addressing the short-term launch. 

With the success of the revamped Instant Ink service, HP continues the long-term work started from our initial collaboration. More effortless opt-in/opt-out features, personalized notifications, and a relentless focus on learning and improvement will enable HP to build enduring relationships rooted in trust and transparency with their customers.
