Each is designed and facilitated from scratch for your specific challenge, we do not use off-the-shelf workshop formats.

It depends on the objective. North star and alignment sessions typically include C-suite and senior leadership. Co-creation workshops work best with a cross-functional mix of product, design, engineering, marketing, and sales. Customer journey workshops often include customer-facing staff. We help you determine the right room composition during scoping. We have experience hosting both small- and large-scale workshops and adjust the number of facilitators based on the number of attendees.

Can you facilitate remote or hybrid workshops?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have facilitated large-scale distributed workshops effectively using Miro, FigJam, Zoom, and other digital collaboration platforms. We design remote sessions with the same rigor as in-person ones, with specific attention to engagement, pacing, and making distributed collaboration feel natural rather than awkward. Hybrid sessions require more specific planning and are not as ideal as 100% in-person or 100% remote.

What do participants walk away with after a workshop?

Tangible outputs vary by format but typically include: a shared experience and vision, prioritized opportunity areas, a concept (or prototype) to test, a documented set of decisions made, and a clear set of next steps with owners. Additionally, we provide a full workshop synthesis and readout within one week of the session.

How far in advance do we need to plan a workshop?

Accepted Answer

We recommend a minimum of 4-6 weeks of lead time for a well-designed facilitation session. This allows time for pre-work interviews, workshop design, participant preparation, and logistics. For complex multi-day programs or sessions requiring customer recruitment, 8 weeks is preferred.
