Redesigning Veracyte's global site

The Challenge

Veracyte's existing digital presence had grown organically across multiple websites, domains, and sub-brands, creating inconsistency in experience and a technical foundation that couldn't support global scale.

For a company communicating complex diagnostic information to healthcare providers and patients across markets, a fragmented digital experience carries real clinical and commercial risk. The business needed more than a redesign, it needed a platform built to grow with the company.

The Approach

The work began with a full information architecture and UX experience strategy pass, validated through user testing (providers and patients), to ensure the new structure served both clinical audiences and global expansion needs before a line of code was written.

FreshForm then designed and built a scalable WordPress-based platform with a global design system, on-site search, ADA compliance to WCAG Level 2.2 standards, Salesforce integration, and localization capability baked into the foundation. Close collaboration with Veracyte's internal teams across marketing, IT, and sales (as well as external agency partners handling branding, SEO, and analytics) kept the project aligned across every workstream.

The Outcome

The result is a unified, enterprise-grade web presence capable of supporting Veracyte's current product portfolio and scaling alongside its global growth ambitions.
